Last night my wife (carer if you’re the government) went to help a couple of friends celebrate their one year birthday Radio show;-) on http://www.rhubarbradio.com
So on air we celebrated with wine and sweets. Was fun and entertaining but most importantly it got me out the house like normals do.  Anyway, Jamie and Stephen are top fellas who I’d like to thank for a great show and for the pint of wine!  At the party was Katie, Mark, Mark, Collette, Alan and Dom, all of which have some form of disability but hide it well!

I am not going to write a lot about this pub yet as I want to go back first and check it out sober:-/ However all I can say is wow, regardless of how old this pub is I could still get in and get to the disabled loo!  The toilet did have some ladders in there and an industrial vacuum, but this was a positive sign for me, if they use the loo as a store room then they can’t have many customers in wheelchairs which is always a good thing.  Disabled people only get in the way and put me off my pint!

Drunk but still devilishly good looking myself and Sas, Mark and Stephen thought it would be a good idea to go and gatecrash two other friends’ radio show;-) Alan and Carl were excited to see us approaching, but not excited about my music suggestions:-/ Copacabana!  Facilities wise I can get into the studio drunk so that’s sufficient, I am not sure if I could get into the driving seat to host myself ,  mind:-/  Great blokes (even though Carl likes to mock that I can’t walk:-)
